This is one of my favourite quotes as it seems so simple doesn’t it? However we know that lots of things can get in the way of us living our best life. We might be busy with work, taking care of others, or we might feel afraid of what others might think.

What’s stopping you from living your best life? When will you find the time to invest in your own health and happiness? What do you want from your life?

These are really difficult questions to answer! But it’s worth spending some time considering how you would.

The truth is, you deserve to live your best life. Your friends and family want that for you too.

I’ve recently discovered orzo, a type of pasta which can be used to make rich risotto style dishes but with less fuss. You’ll find this recipe really simple and tasty.

Buy whole wheat orzo if you can, and tinned cherry tomatoes if there are no fresh.

This 3.5 mile circular walk starts in Langcliffe. It takes in Victoria Cave and provides some great views over Settle and the Ribble valley.
